domestic malec headcanons:

• alec whispers sweet nothings into magnus’ ear, but in one of the many other languages he knows because he’s too nervous to say them out loud (at first)
• when neither have them have work to do and they aren’t too tired, magnus will soundproof his apartment and blast music so the two of them can sing as loud as they want and have a two man dance party, they both get really into the songs and act out the lyrics
• magnus likes to use his magic to hover and make himself taller than alec which alec will respond to by standing on a chair so he’s taller and then it becomes a competition between them 
• when they’re sick at the same time they spend every second curled up in bed together with magnus using his magic to bring them food and drinks and entertainment while alec insists he shouldn’t be draining his energy like that 
• alec likes to bring magnus flowers he sees while out and about but he doesn’t just pick them, no, he buys a pot and then carefully digs it up so it won’t die because ‘you’re too full of life to be surrounded by dead things’
• they cuddle all the time, whether it’s movie night with the gang or they’re sitting on a park bench together or they’re having a picnic under the stars, you name it and they’ll find a way to be touching somehow
• alec gets them matching bracelets that magnus imbues with magic so whenever one of them taps it the other will feel the touch against their wrist
