What I loved about this episode is how you can see that Lukas is slowly coming to terms with his sexuality. He broke up with Rose because he “doesn’t want a girlfriend.” This is the same boy who couldn’t even admit to himself that he could possibly like guys, and now he’s hinting that he wants Philip to be his boyfriend. And when he gave Philip a drive to school, he wasn’t stressed out that people would see him and Philip together and he even offered to drive up to the school with Philip!

Lukas is finally accepting himself and it’s so beautiful!!!!!
